Day 015 - Taking to the water
Upper body stretch, then paddle one hour.
Day 016 - Into week three
WU + Stretch. Run 45 min. easy (PE 6). Walking lunges and push ups.
Day 017 - Slick surfaces on the bike
Mountain Bike 1 hour, 10 minutes. Focus on mud/sandy terrain.
Day 018 - Keep it simple
WU + Stretch. Side Lunges, Walking Lunges and Pushups
Day 019 - Run/Walk with a pack
WU + Stretch. Run/Walk: 50 minutes with a 5-lb. Pack. Jog flats and downs, fast hike the uphills.
Day 020 - Take some time off
Rest Day
Day 021 - Adding some distance on the bike
WU + Stretch. Mountain Bike for 1 hour, 20 minutes at PE 8.
