Day 043 - Steering the ship
Paddle: one hour, 10 min.
Day 044 - Pre-race preparation
WU + Stretch. Run: 55 min. easy. Walking lunges, push-ups, side lunges, pull-ups
Day 045 - Easy brick: ride and run
WU + Stretch. Mountain bike: 40 min. easy. Run: 30 min. easy.
Day 046 - Are you getting HUGE?
WU + Stretch. Walking lunges, side lunges, push-ups and pull-ups.
Day 047 - Another round of running repeats
WU + Stretch. Run: 40 min. as 20 min. easy and 6 x 1 min. intervals at PE 8-9 w/ 1 min. recovery.
Day 048 - Rest that weary body
Rest Day
Day 049 - Off road ride and run
WU + Stretch. Mountain bike: 1 hour, 30 min. w/ 3 climbs of 3 min. each. Run: 30 min. easy.
