Day 029 - Just a warm up and stretch.
Rest Day
Day 030 - Week 4: Focus on nutrition
WU + Stretch: Run 50 min. at PE 6. Walking lunges, push-ups, side lunges and pull-ups
Day 031 - Climbing technique on the mountain bike
Mountain Bike: 1 hour, 10 minutes as 20 min. warmup followed by 5 x 90 sec.
Day 032 - Basic strength training
WU + Stretch. Walking lunges, side lunges, push-ups and pull-ups.
Day 033 - Running hill repeats
WU + Stretch. Run 40 min. as 20 min. easy (PE 6) then 4 x 2 min. hills with easy jog recovery between each.
Day 034 - Remember to stretch
Rest Day
Day 035 - Longer climbs on the ride
WU + Stretch. Mountain Bike: 1 hour, 20 minutes with 2 x 5 min. climbs. Run: 30 min. easy (PE 6)
