Day 015 - Taking to the water

Upper body stretch, then paddle one hour.        Training via ActiveMail

STRETCH (Focus on upper body)

PADDLE: One hour. Go out in a kayak, canoe, inflatable boat, whatever you can find. Better yet, look up kayaking companies in your area and find someone who gives paddling lessons. This is money well spent. Proper paddling technique is as important as proper swimming technique. The more efficient you are, the less you will struggle and most importantly, the more you will enjoy the activity.
