Day 017 - Slick surfaces on the bike

Mountain Bike 1 hour, 10 minutes. Focus on mud/sandy terrain.        Training via ActiveMail

MOUNTAIN BIKE: One hour, 10 minutes. Play time! Practice in mud or sandy terrain today. When you hit a loose surface, let go of the brakes and relax your upper body, let your bike glide through the area. Try this same area several times until you are yipping and smiling from the fun of sliding around on your bike. Remember to get in a stretch.
