Day 008 - Hike/Run
WU + Stretch. Hike/Run one hour with a light pack. Practice regular nutrition intake.
Day 009 - Week 2 begins
WU + Stretch. Run 40 min. easy. Walking lunges and push-ups.
Day 010 - Mountain bike with attitude
Mountain Bike for one hour: easy spin for 20 min. and 4 x 1-min. hill climbs at PE 9. Stretch.
Day 011 - Hi-Tec calisthenics
WU + Stretch. Lunges and Pushups
Day 012 - Run with a pickup in the middle
WU + Stretch. Run 45 min as easy for 20 min., then hard for 10 (PE 8-9), then easy the rest.
Day 013 - Massage is the answer
Rest Day
Day 014 - Dance with your bike
Mountain Bike 1 hour, 10 minutes on singletrack. Stretch.
