WU + Stretch. Run 30 min. at PE 6. Lunges and Pushups
Day 003 - Searching for flow
Mountain Bike 1 hour at PE 6-7. Stretch
Day 004 - Push ups and walking lunges
WU + Stretch. Lunges and Pushups
Day 005 - Hill repeats
WU + Stretch. Run 40 min.: 20 min. easy and 4 1-min. repeats
Day 006 - A well earned day off
Rest Day
Day 007 - On the Mountain Bike again
Mountain Bike 1 hour, 10 minutes with 3 x 2-minute climbs at 95% effort.
