WU + Stretch. Run/Walk: One hour, drinking regularly.
Day 037 - You've got homework
WU + Stretch. Run: 55 min. easy. Walking lunges, push-ups, side lunges, pull-ups
Day 038 - A two-sport workout
WU + Stretch. Mountain Bike: 40 min. easy. Run: 30 min. easy.
Day 039 - Don't neglect your strength
WU + Stretch. Walking lunges, side lunges, push-ups and pull-ups.
Day 040 - Putting some quality in the run
WU + Stretch. Run: 40 min. as 20 min. easy and 6 x 1 min. intervals at PE 8-9.
Day 041 - Taking it easy
Rest Day
Day 042 - Long climbs on the ride
WU + Stretch. Mountain bike: 1 hour, 20 min. w/ 2 climbs of 5 min. Run: 30 min. easy (PE 6)
