Day 022 - Fueling on the fly
WU + Stretch. Run 1 hour, 10 minutes. Wear a water bladder and practice eating and drinking.
Day 023 - Time to celebrate: it's recovery week
WU + Stretch. Run 25 minutes easy (PE 6). Lunges and pushups
Day 024 - Easy spin on the m-bike
Mountain Bike: 40 minutes very easy.
Day 025 - A little strength work
WU + Stretch. Side Lunges, Walking Lunges and Pushups
Day 026 - Easy run on an easy week
WU + Stretch. Run 30 min. at PE 6. Walk all hills.
Day 027 - Take it completely off
Rest Day
Day 028 - Back to the bike
WU + Stretch. Mountain Bike: 1 hour, 20 minutes at PE 8 (moderately hard)
