Day 019 - Run/Walk with a pack

WU + Stretch. Run/Walk: 50 minutes with a 5-lb. Pack. Jog flats and downs, fast hike the uphills.        Training via ActiveMail

WARM UP and STRETCH

RUN/WALK: 50 minutes. Jog the flat and downhill sections on this run and fast hike the uphills, swinging your arms for power. Wear a small, 5-lb. pack on this run. Get a pack that does not bounce around when you jog. This will be something that is made for running and cinches down around your chest, shoulders, and waist.
