Day 029 - Stay in the zone
Stay in zone 3 (70-80% of maxHR) for 30 min.-1.5 hours doing your activity of choice
Day 030 - How much time to train?
Take today to determine how much time you have available in a given week to train.
Day 031 - Up the ladder
Start at 60% of maxHR and increase 5 beats every 5 min. to failure. Recover 2-5 min. Repeat as time allows.
Day 032 - Heart sense
Weekly Heart Training Tip
Day 033 - Back down the ladder
Start at 75% of maxHr and "step down" by 5bpm every 5 min. until 60% of maxHR. Rest 3-5 min. Repeat if there's time.
