The Upbeat Workout: 5-Beats Up the Ladder
This is a fun and challenging workout. Start at 60% of your maximum heart rate, the floor of Zone 2. Every 5 minutes increase your heart rate by 5 bpm until you can no longer sustain the height and the high heart rate.
Recover for 2-5 minutes.
Repeat as many times as you can given your available training time.
