Day 036 - Introducing TIZ!
Zig zag in zone's 1, 2, 3 and 4 (optional) for 10 minutes each. Move to the ceiling and back to floor repeatedly within each zone.
Day 037 - Allocating time to zones
Take your total weekly training time (calculated last week) and allocate it to different zones based on your current level of fitness. Use guidelines.
Day 038 - Steady as she goes
Divide you training time in half. Spend half of the time at the midpoint (65%) of zone 2, and the second half at the midpoint (75%) of zone 3.
Day 039 - Rest, read, and learn
Rest your body and enrich your mind with heart zone training advice.
Day 040 - Head for the hills
Hill repeats. Run for 1.5 to 2 min. and rest until hr drops to zone 2. Repeat as many times as you're able, but don't overdo.
Day 041 - Rest, read and stretch
Read article on the training tree. Stretch 15-30 min. wearing your hr monitor.
Day 042 - Self test #2
Warmup thoroughly. Do 3-5 intervals of 2 min. at 80-90% of maxHR. Rest 2 min.after each effort.
