Day 050 - Talk and train
Warm up 5 min. Increase intensity to "talk threshold for 5 min. Hold this level for 10 min. Rest for 3-5 min.at 65% of maxHR. Repeat.

Day 051 - Home stretch
Read last three steps to heart zone training.

Day 052 - Spikes and valleys
Warm up. Using 80% of maxHR as your base. After 2 min., accelerate quickly 15-20 bpm. When you have reached this spike, recover back to 80% for 2 minutes. Repeat 10 times over 25-45 min.

Day 053 - Parting words
We begin to wrap up the heart zone training class with some reflections on heart zone training.

Day 054 - Last interval workout
Warm up 10% of your training time. Do 5 min. interval at 85% of maxHR. Rest to 60% for 5 min. Repeat for 20-60 min. of total training time.

Day 055 - What the future holds
Read article on the future of heart rate monitors. Stretch 15-30 min. wearing your hr monitor.

Day 056 - Interval self-assessment #2
Warm up thoroughly. Do 3-5 intervals of 2 min.at 80-90% of maxHR. Rest 2 min.after each effort. Observe how quickly your hr drops while resting.
