Day 014 - Dance with your bike
Mountain Bike 1 hour, 10 minutes on singletrack. Stretch.

MOUNTAIN BIKE: One hour, 10 minutes. Ride on singletrack (narrow, off-road trails). The goal for this ride is to dance with your bike. Relax your upper body, allowing your elbow joints to be used as shock absorbers on rough terrain. If you don't feel comfortable on a section of trail, stop and scout the trail and see if you can figure out the most efficient line to take through the area. Then practice until you can ride it. Remember to stretch.
