Day 016 - aerobic intervals pushing AT
run- 1 hour, 10x2(1) alternate one fast 95% w/ one fresh 85%

Day 017 - aerobic recovery
run- 45min easy

Day 018 - aerobic intervals pushing AT, run strength
ride: 1 hour, 1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1(1) 90% effort, run- 20 min. 10min steady 80%, 10min easy

Day 019 - aerobic recovery
ride: 1 hour easy

Day 020 - aerobic intervals, strength, power, stamina
run- 1:15hr Hill intervals. 4x 3(1)2(1)

Day 021 - aerobic base, strength, stamina
ride: 2 1/2hrs w/ climbing.
