Day 015 - aerobic recovery & base

TODAY, Ride: 1 hour easy. Make sure you've got several ice packs in the freezer. Though it's unwise to give medical advise without knowing someone's ailment, ice is often the first line of defense in injury treatment. Apply ice to aches and pains and more serious injury can be prevented. Apply for 10-15 minutes no more no less.
