ride: 1:10hour Trainer. 15min w.up w/ single leg sets, 8x 2(30sec)1(1) 95% effort. rpm 92 + or - 2.
Day 031 - aerobic recovery
ride: 1 hour easy
Day 032 - AT
run- 1 hour, warm up w/ strides. 8x3min(1min) quality: 95-100% of race effort
Day 033 - recovery
ride: 45 min. very easy
Day 034 - aerobic base, stamina
ride: 2 1/2-3 hours w/ moderate climbing
Day 035 - AT, power
run- 1 hour, Hill intervals 8x2(1) 95% effort.
