Day 022 - aerobic recovery
run- 45 minutes very easily
Day 023 - aerobic recovery
ride: 1 hour easy
Day 024 - aerobic recovery
run- 45 minutes
Day 025 - AT, aerobic intervals, power
ride: 1:20hour 15min w.up w/ single leg sets, 6x 4min(1 ) 90% effort. rpm 90-95. 10 min of 15(15) seated
Day 026 - aerobic recovery, drill
run- 50 minutes easy w/ 5 strides
Day 027 - aerobic base, stamina
run & ride: 50 min, 2x 10min (3min) at 85% followed by a 1-2 hour ride w/ 30min at 80%.
Day 028 - aerobic base, strength, stamina
Ride: 2 1/2hrs with hills and climbing.
