IT'S A REST DAY: If you started this program on a Saturday, today is a Monday. Mondays are a good day to take off from exercise, since you're getting back into the weekday routine -- plus you had a big start yesterday. During all your training sessions, focus on good technique. OD and EN sessions are particularly good workouts to practice good technique because the intensity is low. If you know your technique needs some work, get a coach or teacher to work with you. It will pay big dividends in the long run, especially in swimming.
