Day 54: Short easy swim, bike, and run with 10-minute transitions: Do a short (5-10 minute), easy swim, bike, and run to keep your muscles turning over. Practice doing easy transitions between each activity, allowing 10 minutes per transition. Are you hydrating and keeping your carbohydrate intake high? Tonight is the night you want to get the most sleep. It is two nights before the race--this is when you need to get optimal sleep.
