Day 47: Swim 750m, run 4.5 miles        Training via ActiveMail

Day 47: Swim 750 meters and run 4.5 miles. Today you are going to swim the race distance. It is a confidence booster and a marker. Pace yourself and note how you are feeling. It is an overdistance run (that is, a long run), so keep it easy!
