Day 028 - Hard brick!

Day 28: Bike 18 miles, run 15 min        Training via ActiveMail

Day 28: Bike 18 miles and run 15 minutes immediately after. This is the hardest workout thus far. Keeping in your brick pattern of no more than 5 minutes between activities, make today's bike course hilly and do your run at a tempo pace. This will help you prepare for race day! Mentally, take note of how you are feeling at different points during your ride and run. Recognize being uncomfortable and acknowledge it. This will help with your race day preparation.
