Day 020 - Tempo run, paced swim
Day 20: Swim 500m, run 3.5 miles

Day 20: Swim 500 meters and run 3.5 miles. Tomorrow will be a big day, so use today as a pacing day. You want your run to be at a quicker pace (tempo) but you should still be able to talk. With your longer swim, concentrate on pacing and breathing.
