Day 013 - Bilateral breathing
Day 13: Swim 450m, 2.5-mile tempo run

Day 13: Swim 450 meters and do a 2.5-mile tempo run. Do an easy-paced swim. Focus on your breathing, exhaling underwater so you can breathe bilaterally (that is, on both sides). On the tempo run, open your hips and keep your stride long and strong.
