Day 010 - Drills and technique

Day 10: Run 3 miles, swim 300m        Training via ActiveMail

Day 10: Run 3 miles and swim 300 meters. On your run, focus on pacing, just keeping your heart rate in a zone where you can comfortably talk. In the swim, work on technique by doing drills. You may have a lot of strength, but when it comes to swimming, it is all about technique and body position for optimal performance.
