Day 057 - Pre-race prep

IT'S A REST DAY: Continue to visualize your race. See yourself hit your goal mile splits. Save time and stress: get your gear ready for tomorrow. Lay out your running outfit, your shoes, your race number with safety pins, and so on. On race morning you'll need time to park, warm up for 15 minutes, use the bathroom, etc., so plan to head to the race at least 45 minutes early.
