TODAY IS YOUR TRACK WORKOUT: RUN 4 REPEAT MILES AT 70% MHR: If you do a lot of traveling for work, look at your arrival in a new city as an opportunity to go out on a run and explore the area, while also stretching your legs and getting your blood and oxygen pumping. All this before you start making your business calls. This is especially effective if you typically drop by the hotel to freshen up before seeing clients. There's nothing like arriving at a client's office radiating fitness and the goodwill brought on by a successful workout. Remember that the smart way to dress for workouts like today's track session is in layers, which will allow you to strip off clothing as you warm up.
