TODAY, RUN FOR 30 MINUTES AT 60% MHR: If your prime time for creative work is 8 AM to noon but you bog down by mid-afternoon, a workout over the lunch hour would take advantage of your prime time to maximize the quality of the workout. At the same time, the workout will energize you and propel you through the rest of the afternoon. On the other hand, if you have trouble crawling out of bed before 10 AM but come alive after dark, schedule your workout for 6 PM.
