MAKE TODAY A REST DAY: This week we'll discuss scheduling strategies that not only help you fit your workouts into your day, but make those workouts fun to do too. First we need to identify your circadian rhythms (rhythmic biological cycles). Are you an early riser or a night owl? Everyone has a time of the day when lassitude prevails and energy is in short supply -- when is yours? One easy way to guarantee success in your training program is to schedule your workouts to coincide with your "good" times of day. Ease the stress on your sore, sweaty feet after your runs by changing into a pair of sandals.
