Day 041 - Keep track of the weather

MAKE TODAY A REST DAY: Your journal should have a space to record the weather on the day of each workout. Weather conditions, especially extreme ones, can have an effect on your workout, sometimes a drastic one. You don't need to make elaborate notes here, but temperature, humidity, precipitation, and wind conditions may be worthy of note. Days off are great times to take stock of your gear needs.
