TODAY, RUN FOR 25 MINUTES AT 60% MHR: Your training journal should include a block for your scheduled workout or scheduled rest. Use this block to record the workout you were scheduled to do for this day. (Note: for you obsessive-compulsive types, do NOT drag yourself through a workout when you're ill or injured just so you can write in your journal that you did it!)
