TODAY, RUN FOR 25 MINUTES AT 60% MHR: If you drink alcohol, do so in moderation. Don't drink more than 2 beers or 2 glasses of wine the night before a big race or before an important workout. Alcohol has been shown to interfere with the efficient transport of oxygen through the body.
