Day 026 - More work, gradually

Track workout: 3 repeat miles at 70% MHR        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY IS YOUR TRACK WORKOUT: RUN 3 REPEAT MILES AT 70% MHR. In the hard/easy and hard/easy/easy training methods, the volume of work increases gradually, even though each hard workout is followed by several days of lesser effort. The last week falls back in order to allow an easy end to a 4-week cycle, but it does not fall back as far as the first week began.
