TODAY, RUN FOR 30 MINUTES AT 60% MHR: One easy way to minimize overuse injuries is to make sure you have not just one, but TWO good pairs of running shoes, and to alternate them; that is, don't wear the same pair every day. Remember, a new pair of running shoes costs less than a visit to a podiatrist or orthopedist!
