8 x 200-meter power intervals        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, RUN 8 200-METER POWER INTERVALS: Run each 200 at your 5K pace minus 10 seconds. Jog 200 to recover. Although you'll be going fast and short today, don't sprint or race these intervals. That would be a big mistake in the last two weeks of training.
