5-mile run with 18 minutes of tempo        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, RUN FOR 5 MILES, INCLUDING 18 MINUTES AT YOUR TEMPO PACE: It's back to a 5-mile tempo run today (we did 6 miles last time). Do 18 minutes at your 10K pace. Remember, if you're not sure what your 10K pace is, find a pace that feels hard but that you can sustain for the full 18 minutes.
