TODAY, RUN 6 400-METER POWER INTERVALS: Power intervals are shorter and faster than the strength intervals we did 2 days ago. Run each 400 meters at a speed 10 seconds faster than your 5k pace. Take a 3-minute walk/jog break after each 400.
