TODAY, RUN 6-7 30-SECOND POWER HILL REPEATS: Today is a power hill day, so head back to your 8% hill (have you started to hate this hill yet?). After your 1-mile warm-up, run 6-7 30-second repeats up the hill. Walk/jog back down for 2 minutes between reps to recover. If you're tired, just do 4 hills.
