FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT, RUN/WALK FOR 30 MINUTES: Gels are easily digestible, high-carbohydrate energy foods with the consistency of paste. Squeeze 'em, don't bite 'em. You still need to take them with 8 to 16 ounces of water.
