FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT RUN FOR 45-50 MINUTES: Your pace should be at least 1 minute per mile slower than your marathon goal pace of 9 minutes, 55.2 seconds per mile. In the coming weeks you may want to go even slower if you're tired from the long run you did two days previously.
