Day 066 - Cross-training with injuries

FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT, WALK FOR 30 MINUTES: Don't think that "it's over" if you get injured during a marathon training program. Lots of runners, despite minor injuries, maintain conditioning by cross-training. That is, they do another type of exercise, like running in the water, and are able to finish their marathons comfortably.
