FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT RUN 11-12 MILES AT AN EASY PACE: As these runs get longer, be sure to eat an energy bar or the equivalent about an hour before exercise, and pieces of energy bars or the equivalent during the second half of the long run. Remember to drink water continuously before and during exercise and with all food.
