Day 056 - Stay conversational

FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT RUN 10-11 MILES AT AN EASY PACE: Continue to stay conversational during your long runs (and all your exercise sessions). As we said before, this means you should be exerting yourself at a low enough level that you can talk to your running buddy -- taking deep breaths between sentences if you have to, but you shouldn't be gasping for air.
