Day 010 - Beware the stair!

FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT, WALK FOR 30 MINUTES: When the weather's bad, find a creative way to stick with the program. You can go "mall-walking" or walk on the treadmill at your gym. But don't turn to the stair machines as a substitute. Stair machines don't give your running muscles enough of a break on non-running days.
