Read article on the training tree. Stretch 15-30 min. wearing your hr monitor.

This is a non-cardio training day. After reading the article just referenced do 15-30 minutes of stretching. Don your heart rate monitor and answer the question, in what heart zone do I do most of my flexibility training? Be sure to record stretching in your log--it's an integral part of your total body fitness program.
