Would you consider training if your program didn't fit you? I sure hope not.
Training is an individual and personal activity. It must be designed around you: your time, your current fitness level, your goals, your dreams, your athletic background, your physical health, how much time you have, and a number of other things.
So, if your sneakers don't fit, don't wear them.
If your training doesn't fit, don't follow it.
