Day 011 - Workout: Tour of the Heart Zones

This is a favorite workout for those new to heart rate training because you get to spend time in each of the heart zones. Always start your exercise with a warm up and finish with a warm down. The plan for today is to spend time in each of the five different heart zones. At the end of the specific time, increase your exercise intensity until you reach the next zone and hang out there. This is like tasting fine food, don't spend too much time, just get the flavor of the heart zone:
5 minutes: Zone 1. The Healthy Heart Zone
4 minutes. Zone 2. The Temperate Zone 60%-70%.
3 minutes. Zone 3. The Aerobic Zone 70%-80%.
2 minutes. Zone 4 The Threshold Zone 80%-90%
1 minute. Zone 5 The Red Line Zone 90%-100%
