Day 056 - Well done!

3-hour ride at RPE 6-8        Training via ActiveMail

RIDE FOR THREE HOURS AT RPE 6-8: Today is the last of your three consecutive long rides. It's also the last day of your multi-day cycling training program! You've ridden strongly and well for two days. If you feel a bit weary before the start today, choose to ride solo rather than in a group, so that you can spin along at your own pace instead of keeping up with everyone else. The major exception is if you'll be bucking a strong headwind much of the way; gusty winds are almost always easier when you're getting protection from other riders. Have a great ride today, and if you've been training for a multi-day event, we hope you have a great time. So -- what's your next fitness goal?
