RIDE FOR TWO HOURS AT RPE 6-7: You'll feel good today after your hard training over the last seven weeks coupled with the rest days earlier this week. But this is the first of another three consecutive long rides, so keep some energy in reserve today. Don't charge up the hills -- maintain a steady pace instead. Don't get in a group that's going so fast you have to struggle to keep up. Stop once or twice to stretch and get something to eat and drink -- a convenience store is a good choice if you're not doing an organized event with rest stops.
